These eclectic clients have visitors from all over the world and wanted a space where they could relax. The challenge of this space was that the window faces North and has no view. We made the room dark and dramatic to make up for the lack of natural light. Painting the wall trim a dark brown added warmth and depth to the space.
Featured in this design are custom raw silk draperies combined with custom faux finishing behind the headboard inspired by a wallpaper the client loved. However, the wallpaper was not in the client’s budget, so we had our paint finisher recreate the look for a quarter the cost. This room features furniture by Noir and custom bedding from our local workroom.
